Grigorios Zochios graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens in 1986. He is member of the Technical Chamber of Greece since 1986.

In 1989, after a brief period of training at a construction company in Athens, he settled his engineering firm in Corfu.

Since then he deals with, planning, designing, supervision and construction of new homes, business premises or building complexes; or with maintenance and restoration of old buildings. He has 25 years of experience in construction, and collaborates with experienced engineers and technicians to meet and satisfy the high standards and demands of his clients.

He features modern equipment and software that enable him to draw up topographical, architectural and structural projects. He is specialized in issuing building permits, and has excellent knowledge of planning legislation.

He is certified as an Energy and Building Auditor.
