It is a four storey building with 4 separate apartments in each floor.

Each apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. Also each apartment has a spacious terrace.

The particular nature of this project has to do with the fact that inside the building, between the apartments and the central staircase system are created separate, autonomous spaces for each apartment which will act as a greenhouse, giving each apartment the ability to produce its own products or simply form its own garden, irrespectively the weather conditions!
